Whether you’re in the B2B or B2C categories, successfully creating a brand presence requires a multi-dimensional marketing communications program that effectively differentiates your product or service. It starts with understanding the dynamics of your target audience, identifying the buying triggers, knowing the perceptions of your brand as well as the competition. Then, applying your “learnings” in developing campaign elements in new media such as social marketing and the Internet as well as traditional components such as print, broadcast, collateral, etc. It also requires knowing how to use your sales force, customer service team, and everybody else from the most senior executive to your most junior person.
