Client Retention
Almost half of our clients are program management accounts and have annual retainer contracts while a third were project clients with three to six-month assignments. Our client retention and longevity is remarkable:
15 of 30 program management clients remain active today and, on average, they have been with the firm for 6.4 years and they use seven or more services.
Of our 23 project clients, 13 remain active with us on an “as-needed” basis.
As a firm, we measure our success by client retention, client longevity, and client success. With over half our clients still active, we believe our pragmatic, value-driven approach to providing marketing and outstanding creative services is a sound methodology that customers understand and appreciate.
