What We Know
Life long learning – today, it is like drinking from a fire hose. But the key is to know how to properly digest the information then use it to your advantage. It's a challenge we all face but as we individually grow and try to keep up with rapidly changing life, how do companies and businesses keep up with their rapidly changing industries?
Marketing channels and new technologies are evolving everyday, and it's a race just to keep up. Combine that with diverse need of different clients, it consistently triggers our creativity and pushes O'Neill to be two steps ahead.
In this constant change, I am finding that one of the best approaches is to rely on different team members to keep up with specific areas in market trends and then, to share their new found knowledge.
This is challenging our staff to think deeper, to use rigor and to be creative in finding practical solutions for our clients' marketing outreach.
Through this collaboration, we are expanding our capabilities, enhancing our knowledge base and aligning with strategic partners to deliver efficient and effective marketing strategies.
In addition, my participation in Vistage and other CEO groups has been vital for me to navigate the ever-changing landscape. It has certainly challenged me to strive for a deeper understanding of today's business environment and to become a better leader.
And now, I see a new level of excitement among our staff, a willingness to dive deeper for a better understanding of this industry and their personal pursuit towards a meaningful, life-long learning experience.
We are at a very exciting juncture in the company—and that enthusiasm is being driven by a collaborative approach to sharing knowledge within our team to better serve our clients, and build a "new kind of agency".
